Batman VM Viewer

I saw 2 "Batman Forever" VM giftpacks today at K-mart. I read somewhere, oh
yes, it was on the photo-3d list, that these were declared dangerous toys.
They have stopped production on these because the of the sharp points on the
head of Batman were the same distance apart as a childs eyes. What gives
here?
