V-M attachment on TDC Vivid

The View-Master close-up attachments also work well when rubber-banded to
a TDC Vivid.  Of course, then you're back to 5-perf (not Belplasca's 7-perf)
but at least this helps reduce the need for hard-to-find "Medium" and
"Close-up" Realist masks to get a decent stereo window.
