Announcing new list: DrT-3d

This post announces the creation of a new list called DrT-3d.
This list was created to allow DrT critics a less limited 
forum than Photo-3D. It will even allow DrT more space to 
post his controversial and highly opinionated postings.
After it is up and running (people learn to use it), any mention
of DrT's name will be "banned" from Photo-3D.

Photo-3D can't properly handle all the "criticizing DrT"
announcements people would _like_ to post without becoming so 
diluted that it is no longer useful to those interested in the 
subjects which were the original intent of Photo-3D.  In severely 
limiting these Dr T posts, Photo-3D does the 3D community a 
disservice.  Hence the new list.

It is recognized that this leads to a certain fragmentation of 
Photo-3D but it is believed the gains will offset the losses.  
When you need to criticize DrT for something, you can set up a 
search on the incoming DrT posts.  When DrT wants to say 
something, he has a much less limited vehicle with which to do it.
