Dr.T and Lawrence inquire about Gabriel's whereabouts.
Rumors of Gabriel's P3Departure have been greatly exaggerated.
He is still here but in another dimension. So to put the matter
to rest, Gabriel.....
Gabriel didn't P3Depart from this forum.
Gabriel is alive and well, trying to digest all those digests.
Gabriel is enrolled in P3D anonymous.
Gabriel is going on a P3Diet.
No seriously there was too much chatting about chatting, so I thought I
would take a break from all that. I am planning on enrolling in tech-3D,
so I went to brush up on the academic side of 3D. I actually started
reading Ferwerda's text book on 3D. I am awaiting word from the
aDDDmisions officer if I am accepted in their fine program. I will drop
in from time to time to see how you are all doing. I AM KIDDDING. ;-)
Actually found some interesting topics in the book which I will comment
on in a few days after catching up with my email.
Dr.T writes
>Stereo World v.23/4 is out but I am first class subscriber and got it

Interesting that Dr.T reported about Stereo World being out on Thursday
Jan.9. I recieved it the next day on Friday here in Canada. So I guess
that is pretty fast, all things considered. I found this to be an
interesting issue, since it had a nice recap on the Rochester NSA
convention. (my first) Of course I checked out to see the pic of the
panoramic group photo and found Dr.T, according to his instructions.
(I didn't make it that day so I am not in it myself. :-( )
Another way of finding him is by measuring off 90mm from the right side
and 45mm from the top of the picture edge on (not page edge) page 21.
Dr.T's suggestion below is a good one, but haven't seen anyone posting yet.
Maybe you are still waiting for the SW issue.
>IDEA: Identify yourself to finally match your email ID
>with your real picture, instead of that ridiculous mental
>image we currently have!
Bill Davis , I think is lying down in the middle of that pic and is also
on page 32 looking at Jon Golden's display. That sure jogged my memory,
because I didn't remember where Jon Goldens table was until I saw the
pic in SW. Interesting that it was very close or beside Dr.T's table,
if memory serves. Lincoln Kamm is on page 31 peering into Bill Ewald's table
top viewer at the Eastman House. I didn't have a chance to go there either
but they do have a web site, where one can get an overview of the place.
Don't remember the URL for it at this moment. So what pic were you looking
at in there Lincoln? Is a very nice issue and brought back memories and
more insight to the new people I met at Rochester.
