Realist flash - adapter

The flash adapter that I used had a plastic foot, and I made 
the groove a little shallow and didn't change the Realist hot
shoe or sand down the sides of the adapter foot.  It is quite
snug.  Then I screw down my Honeywell Tilt-a-Mite flash.  
Ain't nothin' goin' nowhere. I'm happy.
