Historical images for 3D film

I was contacted by a filmmaker who is looking for  historical
stereo images of dignitaries, presidents, historical figures.
They are in the concept/script stage of this documentary. The
film is planned as a stereo history using stereo images and
footage. It is going to be filmed in twin 70mm. 

I suggested the UCR/California Museum of Photography. They 
are also interested in views from private collections and any
other sources.

I'm sure there are a lot of views that exist that I no nothing 
about. What other sources  are there? I know Stereo World
has done some Ike articles. What does the Oliver Wendall
Holmes Stereoscopic Research Library have? Any members
of this list have anything unique that they would be interested
in sharing?
