Stereo World Directory Form

Well I finally got my September/October Stereo World today (Saturday)
and it had the membership information form for the member directory.
Nowhere on the form did it have a place for e-mail or web site. I
encourage all of you to include your e-mail address if you don't mind
it being made public. Also, those of us who have web sites should 
include that information too. In fact it would be nice if they had
a web site directory as part of the printed directory.
