Edward VII acceded in 1901 on the death of Victoria. His
coronation was I *believe* in 1902. If the 1904 that you quote
is supposed to be the coronation date, I suspect it's a bit off.

OTOH, since the card was (presumably) published at about the
same era as the event itself, you would think that the event
would be contemporary that such a mistake would be unlikely.
Perhaps it's the publication date for the cards?
