This member of the Dutch Stereo Society who had the REDUFOCUS for sale,
showed me a large piece of glass he had sanded manually himself (took 25
hours if work) and he claims you get an even  much better result than with
any silverscreen. Two drawbacks : the room must be much bigger and
spectators have to be right in front of the screen. Looking at it from an
angle is not possible.
There was no demonstration so I can't confirm form my own experience.
