Yes - let me echo Sid - DO NOT POST SUCH MESSAGES WITHOUT CHECKING
WITH THE MODERATORS FIRST! This is a "meta virus" as it functions by
not existing, but relying on the net to be flooded by warning messages.

Here is what is said on the F-Prot www site:

  This is not a virus, but a widespread hoax, warning about a dangerous e-mail message titled 'Penpal greetings'.
  No such danger exists. 

  This hoax is very similar to Good Times. See the description of Good Times for more information.

     it WITHOUT reading it. 

     This is a warning for all internet users - there is a dangerous
