Just FYI, I received the new "a photographer's place" catalog in the 
mail today and they list Paul's book for $75 (H) and $47.95 (S). They 
can be reached at: PO Box 274, Prince St., New York, NY 10012 or by 
calling (212) 431-9358.

Thanks for those who have posted book info so far. Anyone know an ISBN 
of Library of Congress number for either the H or S version of the 
book? I am close to finishing the most recent 3D book list update and 
would like to include that information if it exists.
