As you said, stereo photography is so uncommon/special that the few
magazines/organizations specializing in stereo photography have a rather
small membership/circulation.  Here are a few places to start your search:

NSA (National Stereoscopic Association) in USA.  Publishes "Stereo World" 4
times a year.  Foreign membership: $38 (surface mail) or $56 (airmail).
Contact: NSA, PO Box 14801, Columbus OH 43214 USA.

ISU (International Stereoscopic Union).  Publishes "Stereoscopy" Annual
dues are $20 and can be sent to your Country Representative who is:
Allan Griffin, 4 Kathy Close, Pymble NSW 2073, Australia.

Try contacting Allan (a stereo legend known and honored worldwide) to get
more information on stereo activities in your country (tell'im George sent
you ;))  We also have several members from Australia in this list.
