tech-3d or tech3d???

I noticed when tech-3d was originally started that it was actually
called "tech3d" (_no_ dash)  Thus causing confusion because
photo-3d does have a dash.  I notice that people are now referring
to "tech-3d" and indeed the mailouts are coming out from "tech-3d".
So maybe the correction has been made.  But I bring this up just
in case this is the cause of the problems...
