I think that ad is from Pacific Rim Camera, which isn't on the
streets of San Francisco, but a mail-order only (no storefront) place
in the MUCH smaller town of Salem, Oregon (south of Portland).

I've been happy with the things I've bought from them.  The fellow
has only recently quit his day-job to run the camera business full time.

Not quite a long-time SF camera shop (which might be named Pacific
Camera for all I know, but that ad is from Pacific *RIM* Camera).
