Hi friends,
Just a quickie on the NISHIKA business.   If you examine this camera
you'll see that it was dreamt up by a marketing man,  not a stereo
enthusiast.

At first glance it purports to be an SLR camera with a digital readout
on top!  It also has fake ports at the front to give the impression that
it has automatic focussing.   And as mentioned,  it has lead-type
weights in the base to give it a 'feel'!

It's really a dressed up snapshot camera.   David Burder did a wonderful
review of this camera when it first came out....worth reading.

Having said all that,  the results we've processed (given good weather
and a bit of sunshine and a reasonably exposed negative)  have not been
all that bad.
