In case anyone besides Andrew cares....

He has several mentions in the 3-D
Movies book by R.M. Hayes. He made the short film "The Wild Ride" 
that played with "Fantastic Invasion of the Planet Earth". It was the 
first film made with the StereoVision over-and-under 2.35:1 lens which 
was developed by Dan and Chris Condon. In the late 70's he developed 
Dimension 3, an overall trademark to his various  stereo-vision units.
He was one of the principals of 3D Video Corporation.  

He has worked on a lot of pulfrich videos. He did the anaglyph work for 
the U.S. TV premier of "Hondo" (red-right). He is currently very busy 
with the pulfrich "3rd Rock From the Sun" TV show and ten analyph TV 
shows for the U.S. May sweeps month on ABC TV and other projects.
