I've had great results using PhotoShop 4.0 for PC. Other programs such as
Corel's PhotoPaint will also work as well. I got my instructions from Bob
Mannle's site at:

Bob's instructions work quite well and are easy to remember. I have yet to
get what I consider good results from any color image. However, once
converted to B&W they work fine. Good luck!
BTW - I hadn't been to the 3d-web in a couple months - looks great! I'll
have to re-explore it soon (when service is faster, like 3 in the morning
;^) )
