Twinning Nikon Lite touch

So I was looking at the instructions for twinning the lite touch cameras
(the newer instructions on Rocky Mountain Memories Web page) and was
wondering
if anyone has tried the Nikon Lite Touch 70? I know it would be pretty
impossible to try to match up the lenses in the middle positions, but what
about the extremes? (at the 35mm setting and at the 70mm setting?). I was
just curious since the camera looks (in the pictures I've seen) to be
constructed in the same manner, so I would suppose the circuitry beneath
the shutter/focus button would be the same. In addition, it seems the
regular lite touch (non zoom) is getting more difficult to locate (even
through mail-order) unless the places in Pop. Photography only are listing
some of their cameras (which is likely). I would like to get the cameras
for a good price. The regular lite touch seems to be going for ~$94 mail
order (from the places that have it listed). I think this is the project I
would really like to pursue. Does anyone have any pictures available on
the web that were taken using this setup??
