Lenticular prints

I just joined photo-3d, and I

I would like to find out if lenticular prints can be home-brewed; that is,
assuming that
you have the stereo images, can one get the images printed in the same
manner as Image Tech does?

If so:
Is there any reading material available out there?
How many images should be used for a one-image lenticular print? How many
for two? three?...etc.
what are the required materials?
Can anyone describe the "printing" process?
What kind of equipment is required?
How expensive is it to do your own printing?

I would appreciate any information.

I can be of some use regarding anaglyph printed images, and I also do
side-by-side
camera stereo photography.
