Problem with stereo slides

I just got back a freshly processed uncut role of slide film. For some
reason on the right eye image of ALL of the slides there is a black curved
line that looks like a hair. Also there are sort of thin parts of all of
the slides that are strips brighter than the rest of the image. It is
making the window placement difficult because I am mounting out that part
and it seems to be on the left of the left slides, and the right of the
right slides. I shot most of the images at f16, and I am getting vignetting
(sp?) in the corners. Is my camera in need of a lube and cleaning?

I have shot many other roles of film through this same camera under similar
conditions, and not had these problems.

Thanks for any help,
