A full color photo image is typically 25% C, 25% Y, 25% M, and 25% K. 
Obviously, the milage varies from image to image, but for estimating
purposes, this is a common rule of thumb and pretty accurate in my
experience.  I haven't found the 5% quite as accurate since everyone has
started to emulate illuminated manuscripts with their memos :-),  but 5%
is still the rule of thumb for an old fashioned printed page.

Sure, they may be stretching the truth, but they aren't alone.  The
numbers are consistant with what Fargo claims for an apparently similar
technology.
