Moderator Note - Printer discussion

In the opinion of the list moderators, the discussion of printers,
print quality, halftoning, etc. etc, though it may have begun
with good intentions of being a 3D topic, has strayed well away
from the charter of this list.

I would ask that those involved in the discussion please respect
the list charter by taking further discussion off-line to private
email.
