Once the morning fog cleared and I had the chance to think about it, I
realized the list of distance pairs, useful as it is, seemed to answer
my (unasked) question about what is meant by too much depth, or in what
circumstances will mounting for the window be likely to cause viewing
comfort problems in projection.

Correct. Thanks for the info you posted in response to this question.

I've heard mention of problems with very close Realist pictures. Can
you elaborate?
