I have created many stereo pairs with in Ray Dream, and other similar
programs (my ufo's and cows on my site were done in RDream).  I just take a
guess when moving the camera, and it seems to work pretty good.  If you move
the camera a bit, then do a small quicky type of test render for the pair,
and if it doesn't look right, keep moving the camera until it works.  Better
than real life I would say!
