I use Dale fairly often as well, but the results so far have been mixed.
Sometimes the grain is pretty bad, and more often than not there are
scratches on the duplicates;  I suspect that they don't keep their
equipment very clean.  Still, if you want multiple copies after the fact
they're very cost-effective...plus it's the cheapest way to get black &
white slides...
