Here's another suggestion (although I hate to make it). Some of the larger
"commercial" services (AOL, etc) will give free accounts and disk space to
subjects which are sufficiently interesting that it causes people to log into
their accounts (paying money!) to read it. 

Now, I don't actually know anyone who has done this, and it may have changed
since AOL has gone into the tank with their flat rate and connection problems, but
it might be one thing to check out...
