Not to detract from the value of Elliot's contribution, which is much
appreciated, but I have to laugh at that last statement.  It reminds me of
numerous projects I embarked on as a child that were stymied by some obscure
materials requirements, which were expressed in library books or magazines
as, "blah blah blah, which you can find at any ____ _____ supply house."

As if here in Chicago, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a
bookbinder supply house!

But thanks for the info, Elliot.  Next time I trip over one of the many
bookbinder supply houses that dot the urban landscape, I will ask them for a
bone.
