I have an Iloca Rapid, which may be similar enough to your Iloca II that
the same procedure will work. On the Rapid:

1. Turn the camera base up, so that the recessed rewind knob is on the
left. Just to the right of it is a small, vertical, toothed metal
strip, also recessed into the base. Catch one of the teeth with a
fingernail and pull it down toward the back of the camera. This will
cause the rewind knob to pop out. The trick is, DO NOT PULL THE KNOB ALL
THE WAY OUT. It should be out far enough to grasp with your fingertips,
and no farther.

2. At the right end of the base, there is a metal button inscribed with
an "R". Press down on this to unlock the film advance metering
mechanism so that you can rewind.

3. Now you can turn the rewind knob clockwise with your fingertips until
you feel the end of the film pull loose from the take-up spool; turn a
few turns further to be sure the film is completely rewound into the
cartridge.

4. NOW pull the rewind knob ALL THE WAY OUT, and turn it hard
COUNTER-clockwise against the resistance, which will release the back
and allow it to spring open. Now you can remove the cartridge and
reload.

Hope this helps.

Cordially,
