Many people hold the button down to long, a slight tap is all that is
needed to advance to the next picture.Holding it down, it acts like a
motor drive and keeps going. Also all images are numbered, all you need
do is go to the other button when on #1 or #12. Be sure the cassette is
all the way in the viewer this can account for poor advance. If you
still have a problem after doing this contact the person where you got
it, for exchange.

We have not had any problems with the ones we have sold so far and
people love them.

We just got some cassettes of singer "Celine Dion World Tour" some great
shots of her on stage.
