Richard Verascope info wanted

Hi,

I ran into a guy at the post office today, and got to talking about cameras
to make a long story less long, we exchanged email addresses and he has a
camera that I might want to buy.  Here is his description:

What should I ask him, and what is an appropriate price.  I read in the archives 
enough to know that the earlier ones used other types of film.  What other types
of film did the various Richard verasopes use?

I think he said that the leather was missing.
