While I cannot speak for Albion, IF there would be a future production of
EMDE masks, the price would be unchanged from $14.95 per 100. The main
variable is aluminum foil stock, a new die would last for decades.

I would tell them it would be impossible to manufacture a metal mount at
the cost of a papermount-the raw materials, dies & equipment needed, etc.
are vastly more expensive. Papermounts require only a simple
ribbon cutout die (about $500), and cheap boardstock. Realistically, most
stereographers use papermounts. I suspect that 90% of the market is
papermounts, and not a precision mount whether it's an Albion, EMDE, or
RBT. The reason is price.
