I'd add that you have to be mindful of color temperature...
screens/monitors are usually well above 6000 K and need to be red
shifted. Lincoln accomplished this through shifting the display; another
way is the use of filtration.

The best method I know of is the use of a film recorder, which in fact
is still essentially photographing a highly specialized high resolution
flat screen monitor.
