Toystory lenticular

I was roaming through a bookstore today and saw a "Making of Toystory" 
book (I don't think that's the actual name of it).
On the front of the book was a 3D lenticular approx. size 11" * 14"

Does anyone know the company that created it?


Also, I've heard good things about lenticulars from the company
"Depthography".  Has anyone seen images created by Depthography?
