I am not so sure... I bet there are people around that have shot more than
that. 88 is a lot of rolls (see some explanations below) and I don't feel
neither proud nor guilty (in response to the comment that some good stereo
pictures will always result from "excessive" shooting".) Also, since I do
not make money from these pictures, the expense is not deducted from my
taxes :).

>From my first year in stereo photography I have been shooting 30 to 40
rolls a year. This usually includes a two week vacation to Greece (12
rolls or so) and lots of family events w/young children. Since I started
shooting twin SLRs and single SLR macros, this number has gone up. The 88
rolls shot last year inlude a month long visit of my parents when we toured
the USA (only in Las Vegas I must have shot 6 or more rolls), 12 rolls in
two weeks to test the RBT S1 and about 10 rolls of slide duplicating film
and various experimentations. My participation in the Detroit club and the
system of assignments is an extra motivation to shoot pictures. Just a
week ago in one weekend I shot 4 rolls with tabletop images. Earlier this
year I shot lots of film in the "Paterns", "Nostalgia" and "Spriritual"
assignments. Also, I stereo photographed a wedding in 1996 as a wedding
present (5 rolls or so in one night). Stereo photography is basically my
only hobby so I don't mind putting that kind of work/money into it.
I am sure that people who compete in clubs/PSA and/or who take long
vacations (possibly in once-in-a-lifetime exotic places) shoot that much or
more....
So, so far we have:
