CLEVELAND STEREO CLUB!!!!

Great news!!!  We have scheduled the first meeting of the Cleveland Stereo
Club.  Thanks to the efforts of Jim Motley, this dream of mine is finally
becoming a reality.  Our plan it to have two meetings in the spring (May,
June), then take a break for summer and start the regular year in
September.  The name, objectives and operation details of the club will be
discussed and decided in these first meeting.  We expect to have about 20
people attend these first meetings and, hopefully, become members of the
club next year.

Jim and I have seen the many benefits of being members of a stereo club and
we are excited about starting a club in Cleveland.  A stereo club attracts
new people and helps make stereo photography more popular.  I estimate that
there only about a dozen stereo photography clubs in the USA (I will like to
make a complete list so please send me information about your club).

We will keep you posted in our progress, and, OF COURSE, you are all
invited to attend our first meeting:

Date:     May 6th (Tuesday) 7:30-9:30 pm.
Location: LTV Technology Center in Independence (S. of Cleveland, OH)
Program:  1) Slide presentation by George Themelis ("Stereo Photography,
             Past and Present")
          2) Discussion on the operation of the club.
