No Answer on Bell & Howell Stereo

i didn't get a response so i'll try again...  i did happen to get a bit more
info on the camera.  the markings on the front say:  "TDC Stereo Colorist II"
 with a label that says:  "Three Diminsion Company, A Division of Bell &
Howell"   Made in Germany.
Lenses are by Rodenstock.   

Does this jog anyones memory regarding info on this camera??  I am looking at
it to buy, but not sure about it and would appreciate anyones help.  thanks.
