I hope it's a good system. They don't appear to claim anything for the
"Mystic 3-D" mode that could not be met by producing a flat image that appears
to be raised a few inches above the screen. It's possible that it does more,
but that the additional capabilities are not mentioned in the ad. It does say
that the device uses "the most powerful information-age technology available".
It also indicates that its playback of a traditional field-sequential
3D movie is more amazing than the "Mystic 3-D" effect. I seem to recall a
review a few months ago that was pretty favorable.
It sounds promising - I think we need more technical information to have a
reasonable hope of evaluating it.
