Belplasca problem: resolved

Thanks to the several photo-3d'rs who generously provided advice.

One listmember sent step-by-step instructions for disassembling the camera
top. I followed these and was able to repair the camera (and clean the
viewfinder as well!). The problem: the rotating cam assembly that
"measures" the film advance (7-perf or 21 perf, alternately) had
jarred loose and needed to be repositioned and tightened.

While I haven't yet run film through the camera, it looks like it may
work! BTW the rewind knob was getting stuck in the "down" position. A
small amount of oil solved that problem.
