I have prepared a list of suggestions titled " Self-Publishing 
a Stereo Book" I will be glad to make a posting if there is any
interest.  It is a bit long and remember, IT IS MY OPINION
AND SOME OF YOU (ALL OF YOU) MAY NOT AGREE WITH
MY IDEAS.  Let me know
