Thanks Vince, that's exactly the kind of answer looking for.
What comes easier. In the poll I mentioned if there were any
people that it doesn't make a difference in freeviewing, would put
II and X. But if your equally proficiant in both but one comes
more naturally than the other, put that choice instead. So for
example in my case I would put X or cross-eyed since that is 
what came and still comes naturally. Parallel viewing I have
to conciously do. In Larry Berlin's case most probably would 
be II or parallel since that's what came naturally to him at
the beginning.
