Yes, Please keep the list informed.
I've had a search around for sites with info about the JPS format
and currently there isn't much... certainly nothing formal.
http://www.sonic.net/~lberlin/new/jpsfile.html a basic description
http://www.total3d.com/t3d_viewer.htm
scroll down to "The JPS file format" a bit more detailed description.
plus a viewer program which presumably
only works with the total 3D card.
http://www.3d-web.com/gallery.htm some images in JPS format
There is nothing at the NuVision Site (www.nuvision3d.com) nor 3DMAX
(pcvr.kasan.co.kr), nor VREX (www.vrex.com).
No answer from www.stereographics.com
Which leaves me with a few questions:
* Who is responsible for developing/defining JPS? Is Canopus driving it?
* Is the Canopus Total 3D (JPS) stereo viewer "view1004.zip"
compatible with any cards other than the total-3d board?
* Is there a generic viewer program available?
Andrew Woods.
