******  You have several options. Many or most 3D modeling/rendering
programs will let you create text in 3D and set up either two cameras or
take two shots with one camera to get the 3D image. After that any good
photo type program will let you create anaglyphs from the stereo pairs.

The other approach is to make your text directly in any photo editor and
simply arrange duplicate copies of text to appear stereoscopically in front
of other content in 3D. Convert the resulting stereo pairs to anaglyph.

Suitable editors include but are not limited to, Adobe PhotoShop, Aldus
PhotoStyler, Ulead Photo Impact, CorelDraw's PhotoPaint and JASC Paint Shop Pro.
