Any lenticular cameras w/close-up?

Hi Tony and List!
I was wondering if there are any 4-lens lenticular cameras out with a close-up 
attachment (aside from those expensive tabletop types)?  I notice my Nishika is 
pretty much for a minimum of 6 feet and would like to try some others!
