RE:Belplasca repair

I have a problem with my Belplasca. The arm which does the 3-1-... wind is
broken and I found only one part of it in the camera. Also here near the 
manufactory no photo-shop has any parts for the Belplasca. Is it possible 
to get the a little sketch or drawing with the length of this arm from somebody here?
