Damaged Selectron carrier wanted

I've been told that you can't convert a TDC Selectron carrier to 7p. If
anyone has a broken one they'd part with for free or extremely cheap, I'd
like to try some experiments to disprove this, and post the results to
listserv. I've completely torn down and rebuilt these carriers, but have
never tried the upgrade to 7p. Since I only have one, I don't want to put
it at risk on an unproven technique.

To be clear here, I want a transfer of ownership, not a loaner, which is
why I want to buy it. What you get back is information, not an upgraded
(or demolished) carrier, plus of course the purchase price.
