George's quest for his third stereo camera

George,

I cannot speak for the two Realists you mention, but I can for the
Kodak. I found this to be an extremely easy camera to use, with an
excellent shutter release which allows for a vibration-free picture. I
also found it preferable to the Realist for sequential pictures with the
self-cocking shutter and large knobs. After seeing the pictures taken by
it's new owner, with the lenses freshly calibrated, I was shocked by the
sharpness, especially at infinity (I find most vintage stereo camera fail
in this regard).

Of course, I could also suggest that you buy yourself a couple of
MF cameras (or a well-tuned Sputnik!) and blow all of these choices put of
the water ;-)

                                                     :-)jamie.
