Let's see...  2.5" eye separation.  200' = 2400"  
Arctan (2.5/2400) = 3.6' of arc.  Stereo acuity under
good conditions is 10" of arc.  So you haven't beat
the record by any means, Sam.  

What kind of film/lens resolution does is required?
Assume medium format has a lens focal length of 80 mm.
(2.5/2400)80 = .0833 mm   1/.0833 = 12 lines per mm.
Well, you haven't beat the record there, either, Sam.
