These were all taken in full sun and the background varied somewhat. The
best one has a background of fully lit green leaves with a deeply shadowed
area further behind. Others have some fully lit green leaves and the
shadowed side of a half barrel planter. One ended up with a darker exposure
to the sunlit green background creating dramatic contrast with a new pink
bud. Then an image of a stalk of Basil flowers turned out excellent with
fully lit green behind it.
One example had some small red flowers quite a ways off which do draw the
eye, even though it's out of focus, but they are small enough to to not
dominate. By 2D photo standards, the one with the dark background is
probably the best, but in 3D, the other ones still separate the subject from
the background effectively.
While not all of these might be *prize winners* the out of focus areas don't
seem objectionable.
It will take awhile to get the scanning done and place them on the web page.
