I must have missed something at the beginning of this thread. Could
someone explain what is being discussed?  What is "Single Lens 3d"?
The talk about "infinetely divisible baseline" and comparison to
holography has me intriqued but very skeptical.  The only thing I
can imagine is a system (which I described here previously) which
"converts" 2D motion sequences into something that looks to
many people like 3D.  It is viewed with shutter goggles on a CRT
and the two views are generated by temporal shifting with a 
simple motion analysis to decide whether left or right view is
delayed based on the average direction of motion.  Is that the
technique being debated?
