Hi Lincoln -

Last January while I was on holidays I made 25 jigs. All are sold, although
the Sydney Stereo Camera Club probably still has stock, as they bought a
batch of 10. The cost in Oz was about US$65 each. The jig is useful, and if
you like building things, you could build one from the info on my Web page.
I'm still evaluating if it is worth doing another run (to make it economic
a run of 20 or so would be required). At this stage it looks unlikely in
the near future.
Joel Alpers may have a demo unit at the NSA - so check him out.

Yes, those card mounts have very little fuzziness. I hate a fuzzy window
too, so I took care in choosing the card stock for the mounts. Overall, the
window is pretty clean.
